We use only natural ingredients of a high quality; all are human grade. The ingredients we use are known to be beneficial to dogs and better for sensitive stomachs.

Our treats are designed to be part of a balanced diet and not your dog’s main feed.

As we have said, our products have been developed to enable us to provide our own dog, Mac, with treats. Like many other dogs, Mac is allergic to a great number of sources of animal protein. Although he can eat white fish, we wanted to provide him with treats that gave a different taste to the main food he eats. Thus enabling us, and other owners, to provide their beloved pets with some healthy variety.

We aim to get your order to you as quickly as possible without you having to pay extortionate postage costs. Wherever possible treats are dispatched by second class post in letterbox friendly packaging. As the treats are freshly made please allow 3 – 5 working days for delivery.

In short – yes! We do not have a shop to browse around so please place your order online or by phone. Once your order is ready we’ll get in touch and arrange a time for you to collect.

In the unlikely event that you are unhappy with the quality of the treats or the service you receive please get in touch using one of our many means of contact. Wherever possible we will endeavour to solve the problem.

We are often asked for advice on how to feed dog, particularly those with allergies. We are more than happy to discuss how we feed Mac and also the methods we have used to control his symptoms. However, these methods may not transfer to your beloved pooch. Considering a dog’s diet is quite a complex thing.

If you struggle with your pet’s diet we would recommend speaking to your vet or one of the nutritionists detailed in the next section.

Over the past 18 months, we have started to build a profile on Instagram. Through this we have come across several accounts specialising in canine nutrition and offering consultations.

We are not affiliated to these accounts in any way. Neither do we receive any payment for any Apawtiser customers who use their services. Likewise, they do not receive any payment from us should they recommend our treats as part of their plans. We would always recommend communicating with them yourself before undertaking their services to ensure you are happy, and perhaps more importantly that you like them.

Please note that these people do this for their jobs. They have spent a great deal of time studying the information they will pass on so there will be a charge for their services. Please make sure you discuss this with them.
